Body Without Mystique is a masterpiece! I was hooked from the very beginning. Dr. Helen Hu clearly and simply explains the tenets of Traditional Chinese Medicine and ties in applications for modern life. Her concern for the health of people jumps off the page and grabs you. She also covers the ranges of “Middle age” and the “Elderly” in a way where those groups can easily understand and begin to live a more full and healthy life. Its packed full of information and instruction.

I think that once people start to read this book they will be astounded at the information that is available. We can all start to take the matter of ‘health care’ into our own hands. This book proves that. By identifying your personal ‘body constitution’ and eating the proper foods that nourish the important organs in our bodies we CAN prevent future illness and help us to stretch out our time here on earth.
